Chinese Vegetarian Recipes - Am I Really A Vegetarian?

After cooking Chinese vegetarian recipes for two weeks, I started to miss meat very much. I took on the vegetarian diets in the first place because of the weight loss effects. But now I am suspecting my vegetarianism belief.

So do I think I am a vegetarian in the first place? Maybe, not. I didn't hate meat. Meat makes me strong. The fibers that meat contains are beneficial to my health. Calories are not always bad. My body need them. But due to my greed for meat, I tended to over eat every time. That was the problem.

You can lose weight by taking another route than the vegetarian route. However, scientists and nutritionists have told us that the plants are better than meat in terms of detoxification. Due to the pollution deterioration nowadays, we are exposed to many kinds of toxic substance. This is where the Chinese vegetarian recipes or other vegetarian styles step in.

I know that meat is where the cancer cells might be originated. But if you can control the amount that you take everyday, then you don't have to stick with the vegetarian style of food if you are not a vegetarian.
